Notice on the processing of personal data

Which data is processed
This site has no registration, membership or tracking system that would identify visitors. Data is processed only if you fill in the contact form:
- Your name
- Your telephone number
- Your e-mail address, if you give one
- The general time of day that suits you, if you state it
- The text you write in the message field
The form is not designed to collect information about your health. It does not ask about complaints, diagnoses, medicines or test results, and you are asked not to write them. Health data is a special category of personal data; these matters are discussed only in a consultation, in person or online.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed solely to reply to your contact request, on the basis of your explicit consentunder article 5 of the KVKK. The consent box you tick before sending constitutes that consent. The form cannot be sent without it.
Transfer of data
The content of the form is not written to any database. The message is delivered directly to the data controller's e-mail address through the following service providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting of the site, receipt of the form request and protection against automated submissions
- Resend (USA) — delivery of the message as e-mail
- Google LLC (USA) — the e-mail service used by the data controller and the map shown on the page
Because the servers of these providers are located abroad, sending the form involves a transfer of data outside Türkiye. This transfer also relies on your explicit consent.
Retention period
Your message is not stored on the site. In the e-mail account to which it is delivered it is kept for at most one year after your request has been answered, and is then deleted. You may ask for earlier deletion through the channels below.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, to request erasure or destruction, to request that such corrections and erasures be notified to third parties, to object to a result reached solely through automated analysis that is to your disadvantage, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time. Your contact details are then deleted. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
